Eligibility and exclusions

Tide validates the milestones under its promotion terms. Keep account, Instant Saver and transaction evidence until the reward is received; the provider’s current terms control the payment timing.

Eligibility and exclusions

• You must be a UK-resident active director or a 25%+ majority shareholder.
• Your business must be an active UK Ltd, LLP or PLC listed at Companies House, without unsatisfied CCJs in the last 12 months and outside the provider’s high-risk industries.
• The 7,500-point partner offer is available only for an eligible new customer who applies through a participating partner route.

Capital on Tap reviews the three-month promotional period after approval. Where a completed qualifying card or cash transaction has been made and all terms are met, 7,500 points are credited within 60 days after that period ends.
